SWEAT CIRCUIT

Our Sweat Circuit is a stand alone group class that emphasizes functional movement and works as a phenomenal gateway to advance into our more intense functional fitness group classes. The Sweat Circuit is a 45 minute circuit based workout with stations and, generally, non stop movement. It is a perfect place to start if you’re trying to orient yourself into the functional fitness community. The work load and intensity is intended to be challenging, but also manageable for new comers, and folks trying to maintenance their current fitness levels.
