Christy Szemborski

Christy has been a passionate personal trainer for over 15 years with numerous certifications such as Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC), Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), Functional Movement Systems (FMS), and Training for Warriors (TFW). Christy began her fitness journey at a very relatable spot of wanting to lose weight and develop healthy habits. She saw tremendous success in her own journey that she now uses to empower others in finding their success. Safe to say Christy has seen it all and understands that every client’s needs are different. She possesses the knowledge and ability to communicate clearly with every client and help them reach their goals.

Jeff Wilson

Jeff is a strength training specialist who focuses on helping runners get stronger, faster, and more injury resilient! Jeff has a masters in sports medicine and the NSCA-CSCS. Whether you're trying to qualify for Boston, run your first marathon, crush your local 5k or just simply enjoy running more by getting better, Jeff is your guy. Even if you're an average joe, Jeff helps get your lifestyle back on track with a holistic approach to personal training. He has years of nutritional experience, injury rehab and has weathered some of life's toughest of storms through his grit and faith of the process. He wants to help you do the same!

Adam Wesp

Adam has been working with clients as a personal trainer since 2021. Graduated in 2023 with a degree in Exercise Science, Adam also holds the NSCA-CSCS and USAW-L1 certifications. Adam is a high energy trainer capable of working with people with various backgrounds and considerations. Whether you are new to the gym, someone looking to improve performance in an activity, or needing some guidance to pair with an active lifestyle, Adam has you taken care of. Adam takes time crafting the perfect fitness regimen that is unique to the client, making sure boredom and lethargy stays out of the picture.

Marcus Reyes

Marcus is an experienced trainer with over 5 years under his belt. He has worked with a wide range of clients from those focused on weight loss to athletes competing in bodybuilding and powerlifting. Marcus is a Certified Personal Trainer through ISSA. As an amateur competitive bodybuilder himself, he knows first hand the dedication and knowledge it takes to achieve peak performance. As a trainer, he obtains that knowledge to help bring out the best in all types of clients.

Outside of coaching Marcus enjoys building race cars, racing, and spending quality time with his wife and three kids.
