ELITE YOUTH ATHLETES

The Forge Operators program is an application based program intended for athletes that are earnestly pursuing college and professional pathways. Forge Operators (FOs) represent the pinnacle of in-house Forge Fitness Youth offerings. The program is for any athlete age 13-18 that wants to pursue the highest levels of sports performance, and the highest levels of personal excellence. There are two phases to possible acceptance: 1) The Forge Operators application needs to be completed with great care and to the satisfaction of the appointed reviewing club director or committee; 2) You must attend a two day trial and be selected by the auditing club director; 3) If selected, you must maintain a GPA of 3.5 or greater at all times as you perform in club operations.

MISSION

The Forge Operators mission is to pursue the highest levels of excellence in soccer and academics. FOs will be strategically deployed to ID camps from around the country that are uniquely beneficial to the applying operator. FOs may participate in tournaments as a stand- alone unit, or they may be strategically placed with high level travel teams throughout the country. FOs will train intensely, year-round, to ensure the highest levels of performance. FOs represent the absolute best and most committed athletes in the community. In exchange for their commitment, Forge Fitness will work tirelessly to aid FOs in playing either collegiate sports or be placed into professional pathways. Fun may happen in this program, but work and discipline is the focus.

OFFERING

As part of this program, Forge Fitness appoints administrators to guide and advocate for the FOs.

The administrators will:

1. Arrange for game day footage and develop uniquely compelling highlight videos.

2. Be regularly available to discuss college and professional placement strategies directly with, both, the FO and their parents.

3. Identify college ID camps and tournaments. (Cost of travel and participation NOT included)

4. Ongoing advocacy for operators by Forge recruitment specialists.

5. In season and off season operator group trainings with certified, highly qualified coaches.
